About Kittie Kat Rescue Inc.
Kittie Kat Rescue Inc. has been a registered charity with tax-deductible status since 2017. Operated entirely by volunteers, 100% of donations go directly towards rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming cats. These funds cover vet care, food, litter, bedding, and other essential needs.
To date, we have rescued over 1,000 cats and kittens from streets, pounds, and shelters across Australia, primarily in Sydney, NSW. We do not have a physical shelter—our rescue is entirely foster-based, with dedicated carers providing loving temporary homes until our cats and kittens find their forever families.
Our mission is to provide each cat with the necessary veterinary care and socialisation before placing them in safe, loving indoor homes. We ensure this through thorough adoption processes, including questionnaires and home checks.
Our dedicated team includes numerous rescuers and carers who contribute to every stage of the rescue, foster, rehoming, and fundraising efforts. The Kittie Kat Rescue Inc. Board oversees all financial activities to maintain transparency and accountability.
Kittie Kat Rescue Inc. is registered with the ACNC and holds full tax-deductible status. We are not affiliated with "My Little Kittie" blog or Facebook pages. All donations received are used solely for the care of rescued cats.
