Backstory and personality:
This lovely two‑year‑old girl is a quiet, sensitive cat who has blossomed beautifully during her time in foster care. Initially timid and wary, she has made enormous progress over the past six months and will continue to grow in confidence with patience, predictability, and a calm environment.
She shows affection in her own sweet way - a gentle head‑butt, a deep purr, or quietly settling nearby. It’s important to let her take the lead with physical contact; she enjoys pats, but only after she has initiated the interaction. When she feels comfortable, she’ll happily rub against your legs while you’re preparing her food or tidying up, clearly delighted to be part of the moment.
She’s also been wonderful company for her foster mum while working from home - quietly present, content to share the space, and offering the kind of gentle companionship that makes the day feel lighter.
She loves observing the world from her cat tree perch and is perfectly content spending much of the day snoozing in her elevated bed. When startled or unsure, she’ll retreat to a safe spot like under the sofa, but she always re-emerges once she feels secure again.
She isn’t a big player like many cats and can be suspicious of typical dangly toys, but her chirping mouse has been the one toy to win her over. Every now and then she surprises with a burst of energy - full on zoomies, galloping from one end of the house to the other, a delightful glimpse of her playful spirit.

Adoption details
Adopting with Kittie Kat Rescue Inc.
Bringing a new pet into your home is a long-term commitment—both emotionally and financially. Cats can live 15 to 20 years, so it's essential that all family members are prepared to provide love, shelter, and a safe environment for their lifetime. This includes premium nutrition, regular veterinary care, and ensuring they are kept strictly indoors or have access to a secure, cat-proof outdoor enclosure.
Our Adoption Process
Initial Contact & Questionnaire: We’ll start by sending you our adoption questionnaire via email or text message to help us understand your home environment and match you with the right feline companion.
Video Tour: We require a video tour of your home to inspect key safety features, including secure screens on windows, doors, and balconies, and to see where your new kitty will settle in!
Meet & Greet: Once your application is approved, we’ll arrange a time for you to meet the cat with their foster carer.
Adoption & Bringing Your Cat Home: If your application is approved and the cat has completed their vet work, they can go home with you straight after the meet and greet (adoption and admin fees are payable at this time).
Settling-In Period & Communication: Every adoption includes a 14-day settling-in period. We stay in touch during this time (preferably via WhatsApp) to support your cat's transition into your home.
Adoption Fees & Registration
Kittens: $350
Cats (1–3 Years): $275
Cats (3+ Years): $200
All adoptions carry a mandatory lifetime registration/admin fee of $62 on top of the adoption price to ensure your cat is officially registered in accordance with local council requirements.
