Crouton may have had a heartbreaking start to life, but you would never know it from his joyful personality. Found all alone in a gutter at just three weeks old with no mum or siblings, this brave little boy was lovingly hand-raised and has blossomed into the happiest, most affectionate kitten. 🤍
Crouton is a champion cuddler who starts purring the moment you speak to him. He loves being close to his humans and is happiest when he's snuggled up in his favourite basket on the cat tree for a cosy nap.
When he's awake, it's all about fun! Crouton is a tunnel enthusiast, zooming through at top speed before popping his head out to surprise everyone. His hilarious hallway zoomies are guaranteed to make you laugh, and he loves chasing toys and playing with his feline friends.
This sweet little boy is curious, playful, and full of love. Because he adores the company of other cats, Crouton is looking for a home with another friendly feline companion to share his adventures with.

Adoption details
Adopting with Kittie Kat Rescue Inc.
Bringing a new pet into your home is a long-term commitment—both emotionally and financially. Cats can live 15 to 20 years, so it's essential that all family members are prepared to provide love, shelter, and a safe environment for their lifetime. This includes premium nutrition, regular veterinary care, and ensuring they are kept indoors only or have access to a secure, cat-proof outdoor enclosure.
Our Adoption Process:
-Initial Contact & Questionnaire. We’ll start by sending you our adoption questionnaire via email or text message. This helps us understand your home environment and what you're looking for in a feline companion.
-Video Tour. We will require a video tour of your home, focusing on safety features such as secure screens on windows, doors and balconies. Plus, we’d love to see where your new kitty will be set up in their new home!
-Meet & Greet with the Foster Carer. Once your application is complete and approved, we’ll arrange a time for you to meet the cat with their foster carer.
-Adoption & Bringing Your Cat Home. In some cases, if your application is approved and the cat has completed all their vet work, they can go home with you straight after the meet and greet (an adoption fee is payable). Adoption paperwork will follow.
-Settling-In Period & Adoption Finalisation. Every adoption includes a two-week settling-in period from the time of adoption. If, for any reason, your new cat isn’t the right fit for your home, you can return them within this period for a 50% refund of the adoption fee.
-All of our cats come microchipped, desexed, with one or more vaccinations, and will be lifetime registered. Depending on their age, kittens may need their second (and potentially third) vaccination undertaken by the adopter after adoption. The transfer of ownership is completed as soon as possible.
Adoption fees:
-Kittens: $350
-Cats 1 - 3 Years: $275
-Cats 3 Years+: $200
All adoptions will also carry a lifetime registration/admin fee of $50 on top of the above adoption price.
