Forever Friends Animal Rescue is a volunteer-run charity dedicated to the rescue and rehoming of animals in need in Victorian pounds and shelters. We also assist farm animals where possible.
We are entirely staffed by volunteers, receive no government funding, and rely on the community for donations and support in saving lives.
All our rescue pets are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and flea and worm-treated. If you adopt a FFAR pet, you have the benefit of a four-week trial to ensure that your new family member fits in well. Also, our professional behaviourists assist with any settling-in issues you may have.
FFAR guarantees we will always take back a rehomed pet if you become unable to care for them. We are committed to each rescue pet for the remainder of its life.
We are always looking for both short- and long-term foster carers to help us save lives, and volunteers to help us fill all the essential roles - from transporting animals to administration.
Please get in touch if you'd like to assist: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please click on the button 'Find out more about this Pet' to receive an Expression of Interest Form. One of our Volunteer Case Managers will explain our process to you. (Please note that completing the Expression of Interest form does not place you under any obligation to adopt.)
