About Arnold
š¶ Meet Arnold! | 1 Year Old Bull Arab Mix
Part clown, part cuddle-bug, 100% good boy in training!
Looking for a dog with an infectious personality, endless energy, and a heart as big as his paws? Say hello to Arnold! At just one year old, this sweet, goofy guy is ready to find a forever family who can match his enthusiasm for life and keep up with his busy brain.
šŖµ Personality & Favorite Things
Arnold is a full-throttle fun lover who brings joy (and a little bit of silly chaos) wherever he goes.
The Toy Hoarder: Arnold loves his plush teddy bears and will happily fetch a tennis ball until your arm gets tired.
The Recycler: Heās an opportunistic little thief who thinks household "human toys"ālike empty milk cartons or cardboard boxesāare actually high-value enrichment toys designed just for him.
The Cuddle Buddy: Once heās burned off his energy, Arnold love nothing more than settling in for some hard-earned affection.
š Training & Good Manners
Arnold is at that fantastic stage where heās eager to learn and eager to please:
Crate Trained: Arnold sleeps soundly in his crate and handles crate downtime like a champ.
Obedience: He is actively working on his basic manners and obedience commands, proving to be a quick learner with food and play motivation!
Manners in Progress: Like many young, excited dogs, Arnold is working on not jumping up when heās overstimulated. His foster family is making great progress with this, but itās a work-in-progress that his new family will need to continue.
š” The Perfect Match
Arnold is looking for an active, engaged household that views training and exercise as fun bonding time. Here is what his ideal home looks like:
A Playful (but Firm!) Resident Dog: Arnold loves other dogs, but he plays hard and can occasionally miss social cues. He requires a playful dog sibling who isnāt afraid to give him a clear, confident correction to put him in his place when he gets too pushy.
Kids 12+ (or Dog-Savvy Teenagers): Due to his high energy and current tendency to jump when excited, Arnold would do best in a home without toddlers or small children who might get knocked over.
Active & Committed Owners: Arnold needs a family ready to commit to regular physical exercise, mental stimulation, and ongoing obedience training to help him grow into the ultimate canine citizen.
Ready to add a load of love and laughter to your home?
If you have the time, the dog, and the energy to guide this beautiful boy into his best self, Arnold canāt wait to meet you!
