Meet young Billy who prefers head rubs over eating. That is to say, there is compulsory pat time before eating breakfast which is always an enthusiastic event.
Coming from a rural pound, it took Billy less than a week to show his adorable affectionate nature. Billy is an all-round easy-going cat who will thrive well with regular company of either humans or other friendly cats.
