Scruffy

Meet Scruffy, the stumpy-tailed cattle dog and your new forever friend.

If you’re looking for an affectionate, active and intelligent companion, then look no further. This boy is bursting with personality and has a LOT of love to give. He’s fantastic with young kids and is always up for a game, especially tug of war. He also loves a frolic outside and scratching his back on some nice grass.

Smart and eager to please, Scruffy knows lots of commands including sit, stay and drop, and he loves showing off his skills for a treat. He walks well on lead and enjoys getting out.

He will react if another reactive dog crosses his path, something that can be managed with space and guidance. This means he’s not suited to inner city areas and would benefit from someone willing to be his strong leader

Scruffy will thrive in a home where he can be part of the family’s daily life, joining in the fun, getting a belly rub or just sleeping at your feet. Ideally, the home would be somewhere in suburbia with a backyard or a rural area with secure fencing.
