About Charlie (on trial 08/03/2022)
Charming Charlie is a confident young man here to steal your heart. He is always the first to run over when you approach the pen and is an absolute purr machine, usually starting before you've even started patting him.
He loves to play both with toys and his siblings. Despite being the smallest of his brothers he trots around with head held high and readily explores all the new and exciting smells and sounds around the house.
When he's all done playing he'll happily snug into your lap, though this usually involves doing laps between your legs and chest purring like crazy and pushing his head into your hands for all of your loving and pets until he finally settles.
Charlie and his two brothers were found on the Central Coast and have been in care at Dog Rescue Newcastle since they were four weeks old. The poor dears were covered in fleas, underweight and generally worse for wear, but with love and attention over the last month they have improved by leagues and are now happy, healthy young kittens.
We think Charlie would be okay with kids over 7 and while he's not been exposed to dogs yet, we think he'd adapt well to a house with a dog or other cats. We recommend he go to a home where he can have a friendly feline playmate to keep him company.
He gets along well with both of his brothers, Carlos and Chino, who you can view here and here if you're interested in adopting them as a pair.
