As a PetRescue rescue group member, you have a lot to look forward to!
Check your profile and listings
Make your group profile page (accessible via the Group Profile option in the navigation menu in the Members Area) your first port of call to check that all the details are correct. While you’re there, you can upload your groups logo.
Now take a good look at your active listings (via Manage Listings in the navigation menu in the Members Area) to make sure they’ve migrated to the new site with the right images, profiles and contact details.
Size up your puppies
We’ve got a brand new feature that lets you specify the size of your puppies (when they’re fully grown), to help potential adopters pick the right puppy for their home. Be sure to check your active listings and choose the correct size for puppies you have listed. As a default, all puppies have been listed as ‘medium size’.
Share PetRescue with your group
Our new group admin system allows you to add new members to your group so they can also list adoptable pets on the PetRescue website. All you need to do is go to Manage Members in the Members Area and select Create new user.
Once you’ve completed and submitted this form, an email will be sent to your new group member inviting them to sign in and activate their membership.
Get the best from PetRescue with Google Chrome
To really get the best from the new website, we strongly recommend downloading Google Chrome, if you’re not using it already. It’s fast, it’s free, it’s safe to use and the PetRescue website has been optimised to work best with this web browser. Get it now from www.google.com/chrome.

Inside the new member’s support area, you’ll find a heap of insightful articles and the option to ask for help by submitting a question to the PetRescue team. Just look for the Help option in the Members Area menu.
