As per the recent legislation changes in Victoria, it is now mandatory to include a source number and a microchip number in all dog and cat advertisements intended for VIC residents, including social media posts. 

Remember to include a source # and Microchip # in advertisements intended for VIC residents.

This is also applicable if you are promoting a pet that is available for interstate adoption to potential adopters in Victoria.
