Cats, Community and Reduced Fees: Inside Mornington Peninsula's May Adoption Event
Read more
Imagine your pets being listed on PetRescue the moment they're ready- no extra steps, no copying and pasting, no double-handling. Just more pets in front of more potential adopters, automatically.
That's exactly what our software integrations make possible. By connecting your existing animal management software directly to the PetRescue platform, your listings take care of themselves. It's one of the simplest ways to expand your organisation’s reach without adding to your team's workload.
How to set this up
So you’ve got your ASM token from PetRescue - what next?
- Start by logging in to your Animal Shelter Manager account
- Visit Publishing, then click Set publishing options
- From there, click on the PetRescue Publisher tab
- You'll have the option to Enable the feature and enter the token issued by PetRescue.
- Once added in click Save.
- Finally, click on Publishing again and then Publish to PetRescue.com.au to start the integration and feed of your listings.
Please note that if you manually created listings before this setup, duplicates may appear from the first push. If that happens, you can simply “remove” the non-ASM listings. If this does occur, it will only happen on the first push!
Minimum Listing Requirements
Pet listings will need to meet a minimum set of requirements to be successfully pushed to PetRescue. This ensures every listing is complete and gives each pet the best chance of finding a home.
View the minimum requirements for listing here.
It's important to note that the integration between PetRescue.com.au and ASM work collaboratively, and when a requirement is missing or incomplete you will be informed on ASM to be able to amend and resolve this.
Our team is on hand to help if you have any questions. Get in touch with the PetRescue team via members@petrescue.org.au.
