Every person who visits a pet listing on PetRescue is already someone who cares about animals. They're browsing, they're emotionally invested, and they're in the mindset of making a difference. That's a remarkable opportunity, and our donation button helps you make the most of it.
PetRescue is one of Australia’s most-visited animal welfare websites, which means your pet listings and profile are seen by a large, highly engaged audience every day. The donation button gives your ACNC registered organisation a simple way to make the most of that attention.
What the Donation Button Does
The donation button allows people viewing your PetRescue profile or pet listings to donate directly to your organisation.
Instead of relying on visitors navigating away to find your website and donation page, the button takes them straight there, while they’re most engaged.
This means fewer steps, less friction, and more opportunity for supporters to follow through in the moment they feel inspired. It doesn’t replace your fundraising platforms, it supports them by making it easier for people to find and use them.
It's a simple addition that can make a meaningful difference to your fundraising efforts.
Fully Customisable
You choose where the button sends people.
Link it to:
- Your organisation’s website
- A fundraising platform
- A dedicated donation or campaign page
Once set, every click goes directly to your chosen destination.
Who Can Access This Feature
The donation button feature is available to organisations registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
If your organisation is ACNC-registered, you can activate the donation button and start receiving direct donations via your profile and pet listings.
How to Set It Up
