About Ally
Introducing the loveable lump of fluff! This beautiful girl is a 2 year old Husky x Border Collie x Maltese (we know, how does this happen)
Ally certainly has the hair of all three dogs and underneath she is only a small 11kg dog!
Ally was surrendered with her brother Tek from a loving home, however due to allergies, the dogs were placed outside. They did not receive much socialisation nor mental stimulation other than a good walk once a day.
Her hobbies include chasing birds and flies and she adores going for rides in the car! Ally gets super excited when she hears her foster mum's keys. If she is not able to come, Ally is happy to wait without any seperation anxiety.
Ally would love another doggy friend to live with, however, she is learning more about socialisation and could be a little shy at first. As she is only two years old, she is quite exuberant and a tolerant, playful dog would be suitable.
Ally just adores people and especially little people! She played with a 15 month child and was simply wonderful. She would make a wonderful family dog.
Ally is not cat friendly and gets fixated, she can not be homed with cats or pocket pets.
Due to her breeds, Ally is not a lap dog, she would love lots of outdoor activities, camping, hiking, going for atleast two walks a day! She will also require mental and physical stimulation. This will include puzzle games, nose work, obedience training.
Ally knows her name and is learning how to sit and to stay. She is a fast learner and will enjoy attending obedience training.
Ally's ideal home would be with another doggie friend and or with children to play with and lots of activities to be involved in. She's a wonderful little dog who needs some more confidence to be the perfect dog!
