About Minnie Mouse
Are you looking for a sweet and affectionate doggo who loves to play and snuggle to join your family? Well look no further Minnie Mouse is your girl!
Minnie Mouse is a bull arab x kelpie, about 1 year old, and after a rough start being rescued from the pound in rural NSW with her 2 brothers is ready to start a new life.
Minnie has thrived in her foster home, having confidence, learning to trust and love people, and to be herself. She is still a puppy at heart and has lots of energy to play, walk and do zoomies around the yard with her foster sister.
But after hee zoomies, Minnie loves nothing more than to curl up by your side on the couch or wherever you may be. Minnie loves all people big and small, and enjoys a snuggle, especially reading a story at bedtime.
She is perfect walking on the lead, and would make a great running buddy with practise. Minnie is house trained and will go outside herself when she needs to.
Minnie has learnt to sit, come and is crate trained overnight. She will need ongoing training to continue learning new skills as she is still just a big puppy and needs some help to learn her grown-up manners.
Minnie is still a little anxious about travelling in a car but is improving with short trips, especially when sitting next to someone who will comfort her and when the destination is a new fun place to explore.
Minnie would love an active family with or without kids, as she can be a little jumpy and sometimes unaware of her size when excited. Either older children or dog savvy children would be better suited. Minnie is dog friendly, cat friendly but may chase them if they run away. She hasn’t been tested with pocket pets or birds but loves to chase birds at the park and backyard.
