About Audrey
Meet our beautiful Audrey
She is a loving, loyal, sweet and affectionate pup
She had a not so easy start to life with multiple homes in a very short time.
She arrived very timid and worried but is gaining her confidence every day and now enjoys rides in the car and heading to work with her foster mum a couple a days a week.
She lives in a crazy multi pet house hold and gets along fantastically with the 8 other dogs she lives with. She lives with a cat with no concerns however the cat is very dog savvy and does not run from any of the dogs, so I think a cat similar would be fine.
Audrey is walking well on lead, can sit and drop, is toilet trained and crated trained sleeping without a peep all night.
She loves nothing more than being close to her people and has a pretty good recall for a pup.
Audrey is however still learning about the big wide world and can be reactive so to speak in the sense, that when she is overwhelmed or over stimulated she will bark. She settles quickly but will need a home that is patient, kind and committed to continue her positive reinforcement training and socialisation. Weekly obedience would be ideal for this girl.
Due to her lack of socialisation young she can sometimes be a little worried and little people seem to make her feel a little unsure. We have done some socialisation with young kids and after a few minutes she is eager to greet them gently. She would however better suit a home with teenage children and older. Audrey thrives off routine and structure. A home committed to this would be ideal. For Audrey’s confidence we believe city life would not suit her and would be too overwhelming, but whiter suburban living would be fine.
She currently lives rural and is good with the horses.
A home with another dog who is confident, well behaved and would be a good role model is what we are looking for. A male dog medium - large would be perfect. She doesn’t play rough but does enjoy running around and playing with toys and just hanging out with her k9 siblings. She spends most days hanging out with her foster siblings while her foster parents work and she has no concerns with this.
Daily walks, medium - large yard and lots of love would make Audrey super happy.
Audrey is ready and waiting. Could you be her new family?
If you are interested in meeting her please send a brief description of the home you can provide and we will send you an adoption application form.

Adoption details
Our adoption process has 5 stages -
#1 A brief description of your home-
We ask that you send an inquiry with a brief description of the home that you can provide and why you think your home is suitable for the animal you are inquiring about.
Please note: if you do not send a brief description of the home that you can provide, or if your home is not what is suited based on the pets profile we will not continue with the adoption process
#2 Some questions-
You will receive an adoption application form within 24 -48 hours of your inquiry being sent
#3 Photo's of your yard - Applicable for dogs only -
Please provide photos of your yard including sheltered area from sun and rain
#4 Meet & greet - With other dog/s if you have any -
You will receive an email within 72 hours of sending your application in which we will let you know if your application has been successful. We will then organise a meet and greet.
*PLEASE NOTE*: Not all applications are successful. We aim to match our animals to their perfect homes, sometimes there are many homes suitable but unfortunately only one animal.
Organized MEET AND GREETS do not guarantee the adoption of our of our animals. Eden Ark have the final say in the meet and greet process, If we feel our animal will not suit your family the trial period will not go ahead.
#5 A 7 day trial period -
If your meet is successful we ask that you have everything ready to take your new family member home that day. If this isn't possible, prior arrangement MUST be made - please understand we are not in a position to hold animals for you. Meet and greets are on Saturdays or unless prior arrangement has been made. Please note your meet and greet will be organised the first weekend available from an approved application, we try our best to accomodate but again we can not hold animals.
Adoption fee must be paid in cash on the day if your meet and greet is successful to start your 7 day trial period.
Once your 7 day trial period is complete,
Welcome to the Eden Ark Family!
