How can Home2Home help you and your pet?
"We tried for so long to find homes for our cats and did not want to surrender them to a shelter.
The Home2Home service was just what we needed and I was surprised how many people got in contact.
Made it very easy to find loving homes.
It was fantastic to be able to advertise to so many people but still get to choose who the cats went to and they could stay with us during the process.”

How it works
- Help us get to know you, your pet and your situation.
- Include as much information as you can - the more we know, the better we can assist!
- A Home2Home team member will get in touch with you to discuss whether the program is a good fit.
- Some documents are required as proof to cover any legal requirements when listing a pet for adoption (eg: microchip certificate).
- Provide vet history and relevant documents. Pets with health conditions that are stable and well managed may still be eligible for Home2Home - we can assist you to communicate their needs transparently with potential adopters.
The Home2Home program fee is optional.
For pet owners that wish to contribute, we operate a ‘pay-what-you-can’ system enabling owners to choose any amount that they are happy to or able to pay. Pet owners can continue through the program and will be provided support to suit their individual needs whether they choose to pay the program fee or not.
