About Meila - Dingo
Meet Meila, a beautiful rescue dingo who is looking for her furever home! This sweet girl loves ear scratches and belly rubs and is looking for a patient and loving family who can help continue to build her confidence.
Meila is good with desexed male dogs and dingoes, and it would be great if her new home had a canine companion to help her feel more comfortable. She would prefer a female owner who can give her all the love and attention she deserves.
Meila is good with teenagers and older kids (10+) who are respectful and patient, but she needs a home where she can feel safe and secure without young kids. She's a shy girl who needs a family who will give her the time and space she needs to feel comfortable. Once she warms up though she will be your best bud for life, she's affectionate, gentle and sweet.
Meila is a very smart girl who walks well on the lead and loves quiet bushwalks away from the hustle and bustle. She knows how to sit and is very food motivated, so she would love to continue her training at her new home. She needs a family who will provide her with plenty of mental stimulation and exercise to keep her happy and healthy.
Meila needs a home with no cats, small animals, birds or livestock. Her new home needs to have secure 2m fencing.
If you're looking for a loyal and loving companion who just needs a little extra patience and understanding, Meila might be the perfect dingo for you.

Dingo Adoption:
1. Send an email inquiry with your name and contact details outlining your current living situation, pets and family members and anything else you think might be relevant, particularly what your house and yard are like. Remember our dingoes typically require an enclosure or modified fencing.
2. We will email you back adoption information and an application form to fill out and return to us.
3. If your application is approved- Come along to meet us and our dingoes at our Goulburn shelter or their foster carers' home and let us find the right furry family member for you. We can also come to you. We are happy to meet new prospective owners anywhere in NSW or the ACT.
4. Before you can pick up your new dingo you will also need to under a house/yard check and pay your adoption fee. No animals are rehomed unless their adoption fee is paid in full and a yard check has been completed.
