About Bean
Introducing the one of a kind "Bean", a beautiful medium sized boy who is a baffling mix of possibly German Shepherd cross?
Bean is approximately 3-4 years old and was found as a stray in rural NSW and was saved by MPDRI from a pound. Therefore we have no further information on his history.
Bean is a fairly quiet boy, although he is definitely dog social and has loved living and playing with his two foster siblings.
This boy, must not be rehomed with cats or pocket pets as he has a high prey drive and will chase things that run!
When Bean first arrived, he had not received any training, but has since learnt to sit for treats. He is still trying to get the hang of toilet training, so training will need to continue in his adopted home.
Bean does suffer from a little seperately anxiety, however he is improving daily as he learns his foster family will return.
He is a dog that loves being with people so would be happy in a single dog home or with another dog, however he would need a family home more often than not.
Bean seems to be drawn especially to men, more so than woman, but would be happy in a family, or single home environment. He has not been tested with young children so we recommend teenagers and above.
The vet adored him, stating "He gets the big tick of approval from me!"
Bean's ideal home is a family that can demonstrate that they can continue his training and will offer him a lovely life to socialise with other dogs while giving him the love he deserves.
