Introducing Pooh Bear the Kelpie Wonder Pup✨

Hi Folks, my name is Pooh Bear, although my foster family call me Happy for good reason, I’m the happiest little boy that there ever was!

It’s hard to know exactly how old I am, as I was sadly malnourished when I was young, but the vet placed me somewhere between 10-14 weeks.

I’m toilet trained and crated trained, and I know how to sit, drop, stay, come and offer eye contact on command. I’m working hard on my lead walking and the leave it command, but my Foster Mums slippers are too tempting to resist so leave it is a hard one right now.

In most ways I’m a typical kelpie puppy. I’m excitable, playful, have a short attention span, loads of energy and limitless love to give. Plus I’m super easy to train and eager to please. I love working for treats, but thanks to my kelpie nature praise and pats are just as rewarding for me.

I’m currently living with a German Shepherd foster sister who I adore. I’d love to be rehomed with a doggy sibling, but I would also be very happy being your only fur child, as long as you have plenty of time to spend with me.

My Foster Mum thinks I’m the most loving little pup she’s ever met. I love nothing more than to charge towards her at full speed and dive head first into her lap before snuggling in for a cuddle.

When she gets home from work my legs transform into springs and I leap up and down on the spot in happiness.
I’m still just a baby, so I’m very busy exploring this big wide world, and learning how to behave here.
I love playing tug of war, fetch and learning new obedience commands.

I haven’t been tested with kids or cats yet, but being that I’m so young, I’m young enough to learn with both.
I will be best suited to an active family who can walk me daily, continue with my obedience training, take me on lots of outdoor adventures, and love me forever as a part of their family.
In return I will offer you the unconditional love, devotion and companionship that only a kelpie can!
