Hi there my name is Walker

I am a beautiful 2 year old Amstaff, I currently weigh 30kgs am very lean therefore on the larger size of a medium dog. But don’t let that fool you, I am absolutely perfect around kids including smaller children, I also know my size so won’t bowl anyone over.

I came into current foster care family just over a month ago and since then I have had time to decompress and learnt what a loving family is really like.

I absolutely adore humans and children and love coming over for pats with my tail wagging not wanting to move because I love it so much. This has taken me quite some time, but my foster family think I am big goof ball who laps up all the attention.

I am child friendly and love playing with my 5 year old human foster sister, I also enjoy going for one if not two walks per day. At the moment I can be reactive towards other dogs but friendly with others. This will hopefully just take training and time as I am such a beautiful gentle soul.

I am fully toilet trained and also crate trained of a night. My foster mum is so happy with my progress in the home I’m now a happy boy. I know my basic commands like sit, and will wait patiently for my meals. I really am just your perfect beautiful boy looking for an amazing family or a home body looking for a soul mate.

Ideally I would be suited to an active family and possibly another doggy friend. I would also suit a single/couple who are looking for their next companion who would be home majority of the time as I love being around people. Definitely not suited to a family who is out a lot.

Are you looking for a dog that ticks all boxes then Mr Walker will melt your heart instantly. I would definitely benefit from some basic obedience training in return you will get a very very loyal dog.
