About Scooby
This is Scooby, he is a 5 year old Ridgeback X, once he’s settled and feels comfortable with you, he loves to show you how goofy he can be!
He loves letting out his happy ‘awwoooo’s, it’s the sweetest thing 😍
He has been in extensive behaviour training to work on his socialisation and up-skill his interaction with other dogs but now needs to be moved back into a home environment and will need a foster home who can continue some homework with him until we find his forever home, which we will support with.
He has shown us that he can live with teenage children but he is not suited to a home with any other pets.
He can take a little while to warm up but once he does, he will be your best friend!
Scooby is such a zoomer so he would love plenty of room to stretch his long legs.
Scooby will need a home with the following requirements:
💙 Large breed dog experience
💙 Someone home more often than not
💙 Time and commitment to continue training
💙 Teenage children who are dog savvy
💙 Allowed inside to be part of the family
💙 High and secure fencing
Medical notes
Limited vision in one eye

FOSTER -
If you would like to become a foster carer for a gorgeous large breed dog, please email us at info@forgottensoulsdogrescue.com.au and we will send you out a foster application and some information. Fostering is FREE, we pay for all of the dogs vetwork until they are adopted, we also provide the carers with whatever donations we have on hand at the time - this can include: Collars, lead, food, wormers, toys etc, and on some special occasions we even have flea treatment and heartwormers. We also offer 24/7 support.
