About Pipsqueak
Friendly girl who loves children and is fine with other dogs so far. Access to larger dogs has not been tested due to her age and size and the outbreak of Kennel Cough in the ACT and surrounds.
Good with cats, although can be a little too enthusiastic, which they don't like.
Medical notes
Slight underbite which does not have any impact on her ability to do everything dog. This has the potential to correct as she grows as the jaws develop at different rates.
As she is too young to be desexed, there will be a desexing contract to complete which will be followed up. Vets will not desex a female dog before 6 months of age
Adoption details
email BRENDA first and foremost providing details of the type of home you can offer, people and other pets in the house and if there are children, their ages and exposure to dogs previously. Brenda - rescuerambles92@gmail.com
She is fully vaccinated to C5, microchipped wormed and desexed. Can, when she wants to, walk well on lead.
Crate trained but not yet fully house trained. Pugs are not the easiest to house train and this is proving accurate. Regular outside time will help, which is why someone needs to be home during the day.
Eats anything, including cat poo if she has access to it.
Best in a single dog household or if you have another dog, feed them separately as she is currently being trained to correct her food aggression.
Fawn with black mask girl, but the nose and face is not typical of a pure Pug, so she will not develop the breathing issue most Pugs can.
Excitable at times and is used to wearing a collar and harness. She is looking for the most suitable home.
Care around children as she is still very much a puppy, although does not jump up.
Although she was sold as a pure Pug, in the vets's opinion and mine, she has either Jack Russell or Fox Terrier in her background. Hence the elongated face.
