Meet Burt!

BACKGROUND:
Burt came into RSPCA care through our wonderful and dedicated Cruelty Inspectorate. He had some painful wounds caused by a previous unknown injury which are healing really well. Burt is now on the lookout for a loving and caring family who can show him what it's like to be a real part of family life and finally get the chance to be the loving companion dog he always dreamed of.

• Sweet and affectionate
• Playful and smart
• Can be unsure of new people and surroundings

FAVOURITE THINGS:
• Having company with his favourite people
• Walks
• Learning new tricks

FACTS:
• Open to any loving family where someone is home most of the time to be with him
• Suitable for children of all ages
• Best suited as a single dog, but could live with a social and respectful female dog
• Requires daily morning walks and will love treat training to learn more tricks
• Needs to be allowed indoors to be part of family life, he enjoys company
• Not suitable for off leash dog areas
• Secure 6ft fenced yard to keep him safe

MEDICAL:
• Burt came into our care with a previous unknown injury that has caused scarring from his head to his tail. This will likely remain, so he needs someone who can see past the scarring and love him for the wonderful beautiful boy he still is.
