Hi, I’m Sooty and I’m 4 years old.
I’ve just spent some time with my foster family including 2 other greyhounds, learning all about home life.

As I enjoy nothing more than to be around my humans I need to be allowed inside. I’m never underfoot but do like to know where you are and will follow you around then eventually settle. I’m happy when there is someone home most of the time but would be fine with another friendly dog or greyhound to play with.

Many of the large dogs I’ve met are a bit strange looking and scary to me so may not be suitable for me to live with. I’ve had some short but positive interactions with medium size dogs and have enjoyed greyhound walking groups.

I’m not been tested with cats and small dogs/fluffies but my foster Mum suspects they’re not a good idea for me. Although I’ve not lived with children, I’ve enjoyed being patted by those I’ve met.

As I love to run around outside, do zoomies and fetch my squeaky toys, I’ll need a backyard to play in. When inside I like to collect toys and random treasures I find around the house and place them on my bed.

I like to wake you up with my snoot in your face and throughout the day will lean into you for cuddles and ear scratches.

My foster Mum says I’m greyhound perfection.
