About Hurley
๐๐๐๐ "Hurley" ๐๐๐๐
We are proud to introduce this lovely boy Hurley who is now ready for his forever home.
Hurley is a beautiful, three to four year old American Staffy cross and is a lovely big hearted boy with huge potential. โค๏ธ
Hurley requires an active family who can continue his socialisation and lead work training. He is not phased by bicycles, dogs on lead, toddlers, cars and other forms of foot traffic when walking at a sports oval. โณ
Hurley has previously lived with young children and a dog but is currently over enthusiastic in his engagements. Continued socialisation will allow that to be part of his future.
Hurley currently lives quietly in a suburban back garden. This is not ideal as he spends a majority of his time alone. Hurley is a quiet guy, he rarely barks, even when visitors come, he doesn't dig holes or run the fences.
Hurley responds well to calm, quiet boundaries, as is evident by the fact that his elderly grandmother is able to manage him.
Hurley's ideal home will be adult single/couple willing to include him in their daily activities. He will be an inside/outside dog and MUST sleep inside overnight. He is crate trained, making sleeping inside very easy. He is toilet trained and travels perfectly in the car using a harness or behind a cargo barrier.
He is not suited to an apartment, however a suburban backyard would be suitable.
Hurley is an impressive strong healthy biddable dog who will make someone a superb companion.
Experience with larger breed dogs with the time to regularly walk and teach him basic skills is imperative.
On application we can discuss all aspects of Hurleyโs needs in more depth.
We will provide behavioural support to transition Hurley into his new forever home.
A check of your property will be mandatory and you will be required to come and meet Hurley in person at Berwick.
Medical notes
Hurley is in perfect health
