About Murphy
ππ MURPHY ππ
Introducing the very handsome Murphy, aka Murph, who is ready to find his furever home π
This boy received so much attention and interest after his sad pound photo, but look at him now! What a difference!! π
Murphy came out of his shell pretty quickly once in foster care π₯° He loves to play with his foster fur siblings and likes to be near his hoomans! This lovely natured Cattle Dog X (we suspect there is some staffy in there ;) ) just wants to make you happy π He is just the sweetest boy who loves pats and snuggles.
Murph will benefit from an understanding and patient home π Having a playful foster brother or sister to keep him company while youβre out would be best.
He is a gentle and timid boy at times especially with unfamiliar objects or with sudden moves, but storms do not bother him at all π He is still learning how to play with toys as these are a little scary at first.
Murph LOVES his food π€€ he will do anything for a treat! He is not aggressive at all and is learning to wait until heβs told to get it. He loves to give you a high five or a shake for some loving in return.
Cats are great to bark and lunge at, but only from a distance. Theyβre a bit scary up close π€£π€£ Murphy is good with other dogs big and small when off leash, but is reactive when out for a walk, so some more training would help him get over his fears when on a leash π
Murphy gets so excited when you get home, his stumpy tail wags like crazy and he becomes vocal to let you know just how happy he is π₯° If youβd like an easy addition to your fur family, Murph is the boy for you!
