Introducing the goofy and gorgeous Axl! Who is ready to find his furever home 😊
Axl is the most awesome boy who loves car rides and going for walks 😍 he will follow you around the house just to be with you for the sake of being with you 🥰 and he will fall asleep anywhere 🤣 he has begun crate training, though isn't a huge fan and would rather just drop and lay on the floor in any part of the house or sleep on your bed at your feet 😁
This goofy boy loves to play tug-a-war with rope toys and munch on teddy's with squeakers inside! 🙃 Axl also loves a good scratch and attention, though is also happy to go and do his own thing too 😊 Axl hasn't had much interaction with small children, he is quite the goof and may accidentally knock them over in his excitement, so he is best around "dog savvy" kids 💙
Axl is currently in a foster home as the only dog, but has met other dogs successfully and would be happy to have a play mate 😁 He has the most beautiful manners when meeting others, also whilst he is on lead too! He is such a good boy to walk 💕 Axl will bark at loud noises but seems unfazed with thunder and lightning ⛈ which is great! Lately he has started to hide treats in the yard and will go get them after a couple of hours 🤦♀️ So he will need to be given treats/bones in his crate or an area where he can't go hide it and must eat it 🤣 He looooves chicken necks and he loooves his BARF food 😍
Axl is pretty much house trained, has had a couple of accidents inside with weeing but if the door is left open he will happily take himself outside during the day to do his business 😊 Night time before bed, he prefers someone to go with him outside, he doesn't like to go alone.
This guy will make an amazing addition to a family looking for a doggo with that boxer charm we all love and the staffy smile we can't help but smile back at 🥰

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if application is approved.
2a. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption.
2b. If meeting a cat we do NOT recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal will NOT be taken on the day unless PRIOR APPROVAL seeked, we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 14 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork/records is sent via email if not given in a kitten/puppy pack.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly/fortnightly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives and vaccinations current after adoption.
6a. Adopted Puppies under 6 months of age and Kittens under 1kg will be desexed by our affiliated Vet, the Adopter will be responsible for transport to and from this appointment.
