Lil' Beau come into rescue quite a bit timid, unsure of what just happened! We believe he was well cared for in his previous life before he ended up in the pound, and that perhaps something happened to the family to have him end up in the pound 💔 Though we are glad to have met him and it's our pleasure to find him a loving furever he is deserving of 🥰
Beau is currently being fostered by a family with another smallish dog, he was quite nervous to begin with, but within minutes they were instand besties 😍😍 He has been around larger dogs and he also relaxed around them after a few minutes 😊
Is Beau good with Kids!?! …… ahhh yes.. he loooves kids. He is a completely different dog around them, he is so confident and happy and loving 💕 He MUST be homed to a family with kids or someone who has lots of grandkids or similar visit. He would love that so much! Being a Poodle, Beau is very easy to train, he is quite the intelligent boy 🤓 he is even crate trained. House training needs very little work, but he is getting better everyday, especially since he was desexed it has calmed down alot!
He is awesome to walk on the lead, Beau loves his walks and would love a family who will take him on adventures 🤞😁 This sweet boy is very much a family pooch who loves to snuggle into you or on your lap!
Beau would love a home with another dog, but is ok to be an only dog too as long as his family is home more often then not 🥰 He would also love a home with a family who loves to take their dogs on adventures, like to the beach, bush walks, camping trips etc.. he wants to see the world by your side 🌏

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if application is approved.
2a. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption.
2b. If meeting a cat we do NOT recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal will NOT be taken on the day unless PRIOR APPROVAL seeked, we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 14 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork/records is sent via email if not given in a kitten/puppy pack.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly/fortnightly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives and vaccinations current after adoption.
6a. Adopted Puppies under 6 months of age and Kittens under 1kg will be desexed by our affiliated Vet, the Adopter will be responsible for transport to and from this appointment.
