Hello my friends, welcome to my page! My name is Soldier.

I am a big boy who has an even bigger heart. My new life in foster care has shown me how to be a loving family dog. I was born with a gentle heart but the vocals of a lion. I love to be chatty and let you know when I am hungry or want to play. The rest of the time I sleep happily and I love snuggles in bed. Like, I really really love them!

And I will make my family feel safe and protected. Just make sure you never leave the gate open and I will need a 6 foot fence. I need clear boundaries and lots of love. I need a safe home filled with cuddles.

I can offer so much but you need to be patient with me. I can be a bit dominant at times but my foster mum says I'm just a big softy. I love other dogs and just need a slow introduction. I prefer bigger dogs, because I don't realise how big I am. And I will sit on your lap as long as you let me.

I love to run but at the moment I hate the lead. Having said that, I work well with my Halti. I don’t like cats and the sound of motorbikes and thunderstorms. I am a good being bathed and I love smelling good.
