About Madison
๐ผ๐ผ MADISON ๐ผ๐ผ
Introducing the sweet, sassy and playful Madison! ๐ Who is ready to find her furever family!
Madison is a sassy little girl with the confidence and spirit of a warrior โบ She isn't afraid of anything, she truly is the definition of Little Miss Confident! She is super smoochy and loves pats and attention from humans of all sizes. Yep, she even loves the little ones ๐ฅฐ
This gorgeous girl loves her walks and walks beautifully on lead! She is a very energetic girl and so loves big walks, she currently does 2km walks and gets through them easily ๐พ She will need an active family willing to take her on big walks, Madison would also love to go on adventures and explore the world with an active family too! She isn't interested in being coddled and kept home all day long, she has so much life inside of her she would love to be involved in outings, bush walks, city trips, beach trips (she loooooves the beach), camping trips etc.. ๐ She is an easy girl to please and care for ๐ She likes to sleep in in the mornings, but then is ready for a walk after that ;)
Madison loves to laze around in the sun and to cuddle on the couch ๐ She also loooves the car and rides easily in her car seat, ready for whatever adventure the car is taking her to!
This girl is great with other dogs, big and small, playful and lazy ones! ๐ฅฐ She loves to initiate zoomie play with them and of course she likes to be the one chased :P and she is a speedy lil thing! Madison does have resource guarding issues when it comes to toys and other dogs, so will require training on this. She will not be able to be UNsupervised with another dog with toys around until she is passing her training with flying colours โบ Madison is VERY food motivated, so this will be easy ;) she does know her basic commands, however will need to continue basic training to solidify that training.
Madison is not good with cats unfortunately, so cannot be homed with them.
This gorgeous girl does pick one human she likes to stick to and follow them around, currently it's her foster mum she likes the most ๐ She really is just a super happy girl who is easy going and loves life ๐ We don't know how she ended up on deathrow in a rural pound, but we are glad to have been able to save her and meet her. She truly is one of a kind ๐ฅฐ

ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if application is approved.
2a. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption.
2b. If meeting a cat we do NOT recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal will NOT be taken on the day unless PRIOR APPROVAL seeked, we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 14 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork/records is sent via email if not given in a kitten/puppy pack.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly/fortnightly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives and vaccinations current after adoption.
