About Luna
Luna is an adorable cheeky girl, who just wants to play and be loved! She is a delightful and active kitten, who loves playing with toys and her other rescue ‘furriends’. Luna has a unique personality and will provide you with constant entertainment! She loves affection and is happy to be held and cuddled.
Rescue Story:
Luna was rescued (with her mum and brother) from a neglectful and abusive family. Despite Luna’s rough past, she is an absolute sweetheart, who just wants love!
Ideal family/home:
Luna will do well in a home with a patient and loving family! She is quite social, but still runs away from loud noises and sudden movements. She loves attention, kisses, cuddles and sleeping next to you ! If you want a kitten that likes to snuggle up to you, demands kisses and tries to lick your face while you sleep, then Luna is ‘purrfect’ for you!
She does gets nervous and sad if she is left alone, so would thrive in a home where at least one person is home most of the day. As we have fostered her from when she was quite a young kitten, she will often seek reassurance during the day by calling out to her human/s to make sure they’re around. At night, she sleeps in bed with her human/s and other kittens.
She would ideally do well with another kitten of a similar age that she could play with as she has quite a bit of energy.
Ideal home:
Luna is an indoor cat, although we have allowed her access to a secured outdoor backyard, she is very scared of going outside. Luna has grown to enjoy the luxuries of indoor life, including being allowed on the bed/couches, having cat trees, toys, scratchers and being fed high quality nutritious cat food. A home that could provide a similar environment would be preferred.

Luna has had all vet work completed at Concord Veterinary Hospital (including desexing, vaccinations, health checks and parasite control).
Adoption details
The adoption process is quite simple and easy :)
1) Complete the adoption enquiry/expression of interest form: https://form.jotform.com/rescuecatcrew/cat-adoption
2) once completed a team member will be in contact with you
3) when adopted, all our pets receive an adoption pack that includes their favourite items while in care (e.g. food, treats, toys, bedding).
As a not-for-profit animal rescue organisation our adoption fees cover the costs incurred from desexing, all initial vet work and some care costs. Luna has been kept in our care with costs paid out of pocket.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
The rescue group is no longer taking adoption applications for this pet.
