About Cheddar
Cheddar would make a purrrfect addition to any family! He is a sweet, affectionate boy, who just wants love! He enjoys the company of other cats and humans, alike! He is a delightful and active kitten, who loves playing with toys and his other rescue kitten friends! He loves affection and is happy to be held and cuddled.
Rescue Story:
Cheddar was rescued (with his mum and sister) from a neglectful and abusive family. Despite Cheddar’s rough past, he is an absolute sweetheart, who just wants love!
Ideal family:
He would do well with a patient and loving family. He is a social, sweet, smoochy boy who just adores pats, cuddles and kisses!
He would thrive in a home where at least one person is home most of the day, or if there is a friendly cat to keep him company.
Ideal home:
Although Cheddar spends most of his day indoors, it would be wonderful if his adoption home has access to an outdoor area (even just a balcony).
Cheddar is used to living with other cats, so it would be great if he could have a non-dominant feline-friend

He is flea and worm treated every three months with Bravecto and Milbemax.

The adoption process is quite simple and easy :)
1) Complete the adoption enquiry/expression of interest - on this petrescue page or https://form.jotform.com/rescuecatcrew/cat-adoption
2) once completed a team member will be in contact with you
3) when adopted, all our pets receive an adoption pack that includes their favourite items while in care (e.g. food, treats, toys, bedding). You will also receive a personalised care guide and complimentary initial consultation with a vet behaviouralist. All this is valued at over $400.
As a not-for-profit animal rescue organisation our adoption fees cover the costs incurred from desexing, all initial vet work and some care costs. Cheddar has been kept in our care with costs paid out of pocket.
