Introducing the handsome and playful Bentley 🥰 who is ready to find his furever home 💕

Hello🙋‍♂️
I’m Bentley, a big, blond, bouncy, Labrador cross 😊 At five years young, I’m looking for a family I can shower with love for the rest of my days 🥰 I’d like to think I’m a great companion, and I’m terrific at making people feel welcome and adored.

Whilst I would do almost anything for food or belly rubs, my most favourite thing in the world is to spend time with my humans 😊 I’m a people-dog. I am sweet and respectful, especially to my small human foster siblings (ages 2 and 5), and I make sure not to jump up near them 🥰 I love to snuggle, listen to them read stories to me, and I don’t chew any of their toys or possessions. I can certainly chew my toys, though! After some time in the pound, I am very appreciative of a warm and cozy bed, and I love nothing more than to be inside where the action is. A family who are home more often than not, or who have a medium to large-sized canine friend for me, would be my dream, as sometimes I can feel a bit anxious on my own 💖

A family with an active lifestyle, and large yard, would be ideal too, as I’d love to show you just how fast my legs can go (almost as fast as my tail!) and how good I am at playing fetch with my ball ⚽️ I also love exploring and going on adventures, and it’s been said that I enjoy long walks on the beach too 🏖

I’d like to think my manners are pretty good – I can sit, stay, and drop my ball, I’m toilet trained and can use the dog door. However, I find this whole walking-on-a-leash business is a bit overrated sometimes, as I can forget just how strong I am when I get excited about a walk – but I am a bright cookie and I’m improving with the help of my foster family 😁

I am very much enjoying a balanced raw diet with some kibble, and would benefit from continuing my diet (especially BARF food from Big Dog Pet Foods ). To be honest, I’m quite partial to treats, too ;)

I should also probably mention that I’m not really a cat-dog. We just don’t see eye to eye 🤷‍♂️ So, a feline-free home would be a requirement 😊
