About Sierra
Sierra found herself in our care recently after being lovingly surrendered to our care. Her previous owner's circumstances had changed and due to them moving interstate they simply couldn't take Sierra with them. That's where Sierra's sad story ends and her new life begins! This stunning girl is as beautiful in real life as her photos represent - A real credit to her previous owners! Sierra has been well handled and does love to be cuddled (on her terms), mixed with her gentle personality and loving soul she really is a beautiful bunny inside and out! Sierra genuinely loves to be LOVED! Sierra does have a cheeky side and loves to explore the garden. She does love her rose petals and especially LOVES basking in the sun sunning her buns. Sierra is quickly becoming used to those cheek kissy kisses, she doesn't want me cramping her style though ;) - She especially loves long head rubs and ear scratches!
Sierra has been transitioned to a high-quality diet with Science Selective pellets, a wide variety of veggies, herbs, and some fruit as a treat - So far, Sierra hasn't been fussy and eats a variety of veg and a limited amount of fruit. Since Sierra arrived, she has become a hay monster and she LOVES her oaten hay! Sierra is often found in her tray stuffing her face with long strands of fresh oaten hay. Sierra is partial to a Razzle Dazzle Smooshie Face Treat and does love her dried kiwi and apple treats too :)
Sierra is just 18 months old and has a beautiful short white coat with agouti markings plus eyelashes to envy! A weekly brush is all that's needed to maintain her coat and 2-3 times a week during a heavy moult. Yes, she has been desexed, vaccinated, and microchipped by The Unusual Pet Vets (included in the adoption fee).
Sierra has been a single bun her entire life, there might be potential for her to be bonded to a desexed male of similar size and age but we expect she will also thrive being a single spoilt bunny with plenty of human love in her life. We are looking for a lovely forever home for Sierra and know the right person or family is out there for her. Ideally, we would be looking for a person or family where Sierra would be indoors (pen setup) with supervised outdoor time and be a part of everyday living and routine.
Sierra's adoption fee is $210 which includes her desexing, vaccination, microchip, and thorough health check at The Unusual Pet Vets.
Medical notes
Sierra has been thoroughly vet checked by The Unusual Pet Vets. No medical concerns were noted.

Adoption details
Thank you for taking the time to view our beautiful rabbits. We love them all and know you will too!
If you would like to know more about our rescue, the rabbits we have in care or if you are considering adopting one of our precious bunnies - Please contact us via phone or email. After our chat, if it sounds like you might have a suitable home we will email you through a application form to fill in (step 1).
Once we have received your forms, we will then arrange a time for you to meet our rescue rabbit/rabbits (step 2). On occasions (at our discretion) we may organise a house check to ensure that your indoor rabbit setup is safe, secure and in the long term the rabbit will be happy! An adoption fee is paid if you decide you would like to take the rabbit on trial, this is held with us whilst the rabbit is on trial in your home. The trial period is for 2 weeks but this is flexible (step 3). If anytime during the trial you are certain your new family member is going to stay, the decision is made final and we process the adoption and change the microchip details - This makes the adoption official! (step 4). On the other hand, if you have a change of mind or circumstance we ask you to contact us as soon as possible so we can make immediate arrangements for their return to the rescue, the adoption fee is refundable within the trial period.
We look forward to hearing from you soon!
