About Tina
I was found as a stray in Caljie! I'm a bit shy at first but if you have a little patience I know I can be a great pet!
My name is Tina but my foster family calls me Tineey-Weeenie. I used to be a stray kitty for a long time before coming to the cat haven and then into my foster family. They have shown me so much love and affection that helped me to trust them and now I am addicted to pats and attention.
I have a very quiet personality and I enjoy pats from everyone who meets me as well as sleeping under a throne of pillows and fleece.
My first night was very scary. I spent the whole night hidden away in different locations so that nobody could find me. I slowly let this big scary hand down into my hiding holes because it gave me pats and served me food. After a couple days of apprehension I came to realise how good belly pats and cuddles are! Now I warm up to new people very easily and don't seem to be afraid of other house cats.
I love headbutting my foster family with love and enjoy a soft brush even though my fur is quite short. I like it when my foster family gives me pets on my head, under my chin and most importantly my BELLY! I used to hate my reflection in the mirror but now I know that it's just me!
I spent most of my day asleep, purring and making biscuits and bread for my foster family.
I LOVE PILLOWCASES - they are nice and warm and safe and make such good beds. My favourite pastime is sleeping amongst big piles of pillows!
When I am getting pats and affection I will often spontaneously collapse onto them in a heap. I do this to show them my belly for more pats and wriggle around like a worm. Sometimes I think I am a flamingo and like to stand with one paw bent up because I'm so good at balancing.
I haven't really bonded with any toys as of yet. My foster family tries to play with me but I much prefer pats and cuddles.
Everyone compliments my soft smooth fur and white feet. I have big green eyes, polka dots and a tiger striped tale
Adoption details
Just browse some of the photos of our beautiful cats available for adoption or come to our shelter in Shenton Park to meet our many beautiful kitties.
Please be aware that the cats featured on this page represent only a very small portion of the total number of beautiful felines we have available for adoption. We do not include any of our kittens on this page, as the turnover for youngsters is simply too high to keep up-dating, but we always have many beautiful kittens looking for homes!
Also many of our cats and kittens are currently staying in temporary foster homes out in the community but are still looking for a loving home, so please call Cat Haven in advance if you want to make arrangements for a meeting with a foster cat.
