About Winston
💚💚 WINSTON 💚💚
Introducing the very handsome and very sweet Winston 🥰 Who is ready to find his furever home!
Winston is a very sweet and affectionate little man who bonds quickly with his humans! Winston isn't a big fan of the cat, he growls at her 🙀 But doesn't chase, so could likely coexist with a friendly cat after an adjustment period. This boy is super friendly, a little timid at times as he experiences new things and environments. He has lived with other small dogs successfully, has not met large dogs whilst in our care.
Winston walks well on lead, though when he sees other dogs he does stop in his tracks so need to continue confidence building with his new family 😊 Though his nerves get the better of him sometimes his super inquisitive nose loves sniffer walks. Where he gets to be on a long lead and sniff the ground, trees, bushes to his hearts content 😍😍
He is house trained, will stand quietly by the door when he needs to go outside 😊 Winston sleeps inside and loves to be snugggled up with a blanket. Sunny spots for sun baking is his absolute favourite! This handsome boy just loves humans so much, definitely a lap dog. But also an energetic boy, who would love an adventurous and active family to explore this amazing world with 🌏 He looooves car rides, they're the best!
Winston will sleep in bed with you if allowed 😊 He is good with kids of all ages and is just a happy little guy in need of filling up with love.
Unsuitable to attend dog parks.
If you would like to meet Winston, please message for an application 💝

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal MUST NOT be taken on the day unless PRIOR APPROVAL seeked, we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 14 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your email within 72 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW
