About Dino
PLEASE NOTE: Dino is showing signs of the Maremma in him (livestock guarding dog) if he isn't sure of something he will bark at them. He will do so until he feels the threat has gone.
He would best be suited to a home with a large yard where he does not get visual of outside.
If you want a dog that you can become a team then Dino is your boy. He just loves attention and plays well with other dogs. Very keen on his training seasons he is getting much better on his lead, off lead like most this age needs work. He isn't a herding dog like most kelpies x thats the Maremma in him. Happy to have a cuddle or snuggle on the couch, be on his bed or in a crate.
Dino would love a home where he can have access inside and maybe another dog to play chase with. This is not important as long as he gets exercised regularly. He is nearly there with his toilet training, uses a doggie door.
Note: He is not suitable for cats or a home with chickens, he likes to chase them.
Adoption details
We will ask some questions to find out if this dog is suitable for your home. If we feel that they could we would then set a time to do a meeting at your home. At this point we will also do a property check to make sure it is safe and secure.
Should this go well you will be asked to fill out the adoption paper work. There is a two week settling in period before we will process the paper work.
