About Sadie
☀️☀️ SADIE ☀️☀️
Introducing the fun, beautiful Sadie 💛 who is ready to find her furever home!
Super Sadie! 🦸♀️ This girl is super everything! Super cuddling, super sassy, super smart and super amazing! 😍😍
This girl suffers from FOMO 🤣 she loves to be wherever the action is, whether its cuddling on the lounge or at your feet while you cook dinner. However she is perfectly fine to sit in the sun and have a nap while you’re out, just make sure the yard is fully fenced in because she is very smart and may like to try find humans if she can hear them. Sadie will need 6ft fencing 😁
Sadie loves to play fetch but is still working on the bringing the ball back part 🤣 She is working on her basic training, she is a very smart girl, she can even give kisses on command 💋 Sadie walks great on the lead and LOVES to get outside for adventures! She would LOVE an active family willing to take her on adventures! Sadie wants to explore everything! 🌏
Sadie is great with kids of all ages, has been tested with 2-4 year olds and she was perfect 😊 She was tested with cats, and showed no interest. We would recommend slow and safe introductions to cats.
She tolerates her younger foster furbrother but would be better with an older dog out of the puppy stage who won't be as annoying :P Sadie has this amusing little quirk, she does the “staffy spin” when she gets super excited! and she can jump to the top of a door when she gets excited too. Sadie is quite the agile girl, she may even do well participating in agility! She is super cute and entertaining, just don’t be right next to her when she spins- she is quite the strong little one! 🙃
Sadie shows no food aggression and will happily share her foster furbrothers food and yours too if you let her ;) she is working very hard on her manners! Sadie is crate trained and sleeps from 8pm to 7/8am every night but she would much prefer to sleep on the couch or with her humans if we let her 😴💙
She shows no aggression towards people, bikes, loud noises or other dogs on walks but is very protective of her home and will bark to let you know someone is there or passing by 😊 Overall this beautiful, smart, snuggly girl is active and fun! She will need to be homed with another dog, or with someone who is home more often then not or able to take her to work with them.
Sadie will make a great addition to any family! 💜💙
If you would like to meet Sadie, please message for an application 💝
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal MUST NOT be taken on the day unless PRIOR APPROVAL seeked, we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 14 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your email within 72 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW
