About Bonnie aka Missy
My name is Bonnie but my foster mum likes to call me Missy.
I'm a bit of a scaredy cat, but to be honest I'm not even sure what I'm scared of.
My initial instinct is always to run from being touched. The only time I don’t do this is when Im nice and cozy in my bed and feel a little lazy to get up and run, so if you need to sneak a pat, here is a tip on how to get it without having to chase me around the house.
I think it is taking me a long time to get used to my foster family as I have so many other lovely kitties that I can spend all my time and play rough and tumble with so I really don't see the point in making friends with humans.
My foster mom is of the opinion that I need to go and live with a family that has no other cats. She still loves me, but thinks I need to learn better social skills before I am too old…. I think she might be right as I hear my sister that was very similar to me and went to a lovely family as an only pet is really enjoying being the centre of attention and she even now likes to sit on her humans laps and enjoys being patted.
Well I guess I will have to wait and see if you are able to make me feel that way too.
