About Meeka
🌼🌼 MEEKA 🌼🌼
Introducing the beautiful, stunning Meeka 😊 who is ready to find her furever home!
Meeka is a super sweet girl who hasn't had it easy, she came to us off deathrow pregnant. She was BIG, so we were expecting quite a few bubbas. But sadly she just had one stillborn angel 💔 And xrays showed she was very constipated, and we have no idea for how long but it was bad :( Thankfully though she has finally regulated, and she has recovered from the birth. And is now ready to find her people to spend the rest of her life with 🥰
This gorgeous girl is a playful kitten trapped in a timid body :( she wants so much to be apart of the family, but it takes her a little bit of time to warm up. Once she does though, she is very sweet and loves a good chat 😍 Meeka thinks pats are awesome! And when you stop, she always requests more with her little paw 💗
We hope you don't have ticklish feet, Meeka loves to roll around on your feet and rub her face 😁 she is super easy going when pats are involved, she accepts all of the love 💖 Though she doesn't enjoy being picked up, as it can be a little scary so she will go stiff with nerves.
Meeka loves being around people so much! She tolerates the everyday noises of the household, however hasn't been around children in her foster home. So older children may be best 😊 She also loves other cats! Meeka would actually love another cat for a play mate! 🤗
Meeka comes with quirks as she learns how awesome being a cat really is! She will make a great addition to a family who adore cats 💕
If you would like to meet Meeka, please message for an application 💝
Medical notes
Prefers clean litter, so multiple litter trays cleaned regularly is best.
May benefit being on Zylkene during settling in period
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal MUST NOT be taken on the day unless PRIOR APPROVAL seeked, we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 14 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your email within 72 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW
