About Jedda
โ๏ธ๐ JEDDA ๐โ๏ธ
The cute and playful Jedda is ready to find her furever home ๐
Jedda is a fun, energetic puppy! Your typical cattle dog ball of fun! This girl wears a smile 24/7 ๐ I mean, how can she not! She is living her best life now she is in Rescue ๐ Sadly she spent most of her life before us tied up on a rural property, wasn't taught her basic training, she just wasn't living the life she deserved. But we are glad we were able to bring her in and show her how awesome life can be for a dog ๐
She is a beautiful, affectionate girl who just wants to please her humans! Jedda is learning very quickly how to be her best self ๐ She has already learnt her basic training in just a month, she is learning appropriate play with other dogs (that puppy/cattle dog nipping isn't always appreciated by others). She loooooves her food, and she is very happy to work for it! Jedda would love a family willing to continue with her training, even one who would teach her lots of new things ๐๐ฅฐ
Jedda loooves to play with the hose, her game of "eat the water" is fun to watch! This gorgeous girl is great with everyone! She is good with others dogs big and small, and good with cats too! She tries hard to be good with kids but as she is still working on her not jumping up manners and her cattle dog nippiness... Jedda will likely do better with older children ๐
This sweet girl is such a good girl, everyone who meets her falls in love! She attended our recent adopt day and did very well, she had no issues meeting all the people, being around other dogs and the cats! ๐พ
Jedda is only 6 months old and growing fast, we believe she may grow taller then your average cattle dog, but that is just a guess ๐คทโโ๏ธ She has all the typical characteristics of a cattle dog that we know and love ๐ Loyal, friendly, energetic and full of personality! What more could you want in a best mate?? ๐
Jedda is toilet trained, crate trained, and would do well in a home with another confident dog able to be patient with her to teach her how to play like normal dogs ๐ She will also do well in a home with someone willing to commit to her continuing her training and teaching her how to be polite ๐๐ And of course her furever family must be prepared to let her snuggle with them on the couch ๐ฅฐ
If you would like to meet this sweet, sweet girl please message for an application ๐
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal MUST NOT be taken on the day unless PRIOR APPROVAL seeked, we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 14 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your email within 72 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW
