About Sunny
*In foster care in Strathfield, Sydney*
Sunny will fill your home with sunshine! A playful and charming little guy who lives for attention and affection, he's definitely the most confident and curious of his litter - his favourite activities include tagging along at your heels as you go about your tasks, begging for belly rubs, and cuddling up close to you on the couch or bed :)
When he's not being a total sook, Sunny can usually be found chasing his siblings around the house, climbing his cat tower... and eating! This small boy has a BIG appetite - keep him from his food at your own risk!
While he'll be happiest in a home with another cat or two (or three or four!), he is quite dominant by nature, so will likely do best with cats who are tolerant and easygoing and won't feel overwhelmed by his strong personality!
Like all Maggie's pets, Sunny is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be with a settled single person, couple or family (no share houses, sorry!) who can spend plenty of quality time with me - especially play time! You'll be really into snuggles, and will have another cool cat for me to bond with! Or you might want to adopt me with my mum Missy or my brother Pepper? They're looking for purrfect new homes too!

MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm still a baby, so I LOVE to play! Sometimes I get the zoomies, but you're just as likely to find me napping somewhere warm and cosy. It’s all about balance.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I haven’t spent much time with kids, but I’m sure if yours are older, calm and gentle, we'll get along just fine. I can get a little nervous when meeting new people for the first time, so please be patient with me :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I’ve been happily living in a household with eight other cats, so I’m very feline-friendly! I sometimes play the 'alpha cat' though, so your other kitty/s will need to be cool with that.
Though I’ve not met any dogs before, I’m definitely open to becoming BFFs with your resident pooch :)

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
