Coco and Sugar are a stunning brother/sister bonded pair. They are a delightful mix of playfulness, character and snuggliness, and will provide their lucky family with entertainment and fun, as well as cuddles.

Coco and Sugar are a little shy but are learning to enjoy being picked up and cuddled! They are both growing in confidence and learning every day that humans are for love and comfort, as well as for food and playing.

Sugar is calm and constantly purring, just loving life. She's a very easy-going, gentle soul and loves a head rub but also absolutely loves to play! With any toys and with her rather boisterous brother. She also follows her foster carer around the house, just wanting to be near her.

Coco is full of energy and loves to bowl his sister over when they're playing, but also loves to snuggle up with her at nap time. He also loves to sneak into human beds at bed time! He loves to play with any toys and is very, very into food - in fact food is the gateway to his heart and will be how you can help him keep learning to love you!

Coco and Sugar would best suit a quiet home, but kids who understand they need some patience and love before being picked up will benefit from a friendship with these two pretty kitties - they'll learn all about consent and earning trust, and the rewards that brings! They'll also be fine with other cats, and cat-friendly dogs if introduced correctly, and of course they'd be delighted to be the only little ones in a pet-free, kid-free home and get ALL your attention while also keeping each other company while you're out :) The adoption fee listed is our double adoption special for both kittens together.

To adopt a cat from Cat People you'll be required to have a remote or in-person house check done, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Cats from our group are all are vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being taken home by their adopters. Additionally, all of our cats have been evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and well socialised. Please note: all Cat People cats and kittens are indoor only, this is not negotiable.
We will communicate with you through every step of the adoption process to ensure that your experience (and the cat's) is excellent and that you are confident in your decision to adopt a feline companion. Returns are only accepted due to health issues confirmed by a veterinarian.
We only accept adoptions from people with residency in Australia. If you are on a work or student visa, talk to us about fostering with the group instead!
