Neo is a very sweet pup, a mix of unknown breeds, about the size of a kelpie and completely lacking in confidence ,experience and knowledge of life in general .
He needs a home where he will be encouraged and given time to build trust before too many social demands are placed on him.
Neo loves cuddles, and lying on your lap where he will expect tummy rubs!!
A calm household with some experience would be ideal.
