๐ธ๐ธ LEAH ๐ธ๐ธ
Meet the beautiful Leah ๐ who is ready to find her furever home.
Leah is an extraordinary girl ๐ She is very affectionate and will let you know when itโs time to give cuddles or throw a toy ;) She is extremely polite, well mannered and even house trained ๐ Leah doesnโt mind sleeping out in the lounge room but prefers having her bed next to her humans. She enjoys being included in daily activities and outings too.
Leah generally wonโt react to dogs or people out on a walk but prefers to have a safe space if people come into the house. She will need to be adopted into a family who can help her grow more confident in letting people into the home ๐ She currently does well being placed on her "mat", when people enter the home. She is alot calmer and will benefit continuing this, she may even benefit from crate training. Leah was crate trained as a puppy but did not continue this when she was adopted from us as a puppy. Leah was returned to us due to no fault of her own, sadly her family suffered a tragic hardship that saw them needing to return her.
She is doing well working on making new friends both human and furry, she came from a home with another dog and cats. However will need to slowly integrate into a home with other animals ๐ She is also ok to be on her own as the only dog.
Leah is looking for a home that can provide calm love and compassion. The world can be a bit scary for a doggo sometimes. Any love you give Leah she will show that back to you 10 fold. She truely is the goodest girl. ๐ฅฐโค๏ธ

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal MUST NOT be taken on the day unless PRIOR APPROVAL seeked, we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 14 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your email within 72 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW
