About Michael
πΎβ π MICHAEL πβ πΎ
Meet the very handsome Michael from our Halloween Litter π» He is ready to find his furever home in time for Christmas π
Michael came into Rescue at approx 5 weeks old with his 2 brothers, they were completely feral π They would hiss, bite and scratch out of fear π But with a bit of time and love Michael is now an adventurous, fearless little guy who looooovveesss to play! ππ₯° He was the first of his brothers to become friendly, and it was actually with the help of the resident dogs, turns out Michael LOVES dogs! π So they helped him trust us humans in the beginning.
He is SUPER energetic but will be happily stopped in his tracks for a scratch π Once his batteries are emptied a little he is super cuddly π₯° He has become a lap cat π Michael purrs like a freight train and it's almost always switched on π€£ Sometimes when he is veryyy relaxed he will suckle on himself which is quite common for babies that were removed from their mums too early π We are discouraging this behaviour, but we are told he should grow out of it. For now he isn't causing any damage to himself which is good ππ
Did we mention he LOVES his doggos? He loves his doggos more than anything else (except food) and because of his fearless nature he will happily play with the big doggos too! π He will make the purrfect companion for any family, as he is great with the kids, cats and dogs π₯° He never lets you get too far from him without following to make sure heβs not missing any fun π€£ So must be a family prepared to have a kitten involved in all of their business :P
Michael has a very close bond with brothers, they would do well for a family looking for a bonded pair π but he will also be ok away from them after an adjustment period π
If you would like to meet the Halloween Brothers, please message for an application π
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal MUST NOT be taken on the day unless PRIOR APPROVAL seeked, we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 14 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your email within 72 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW
