Tommy Tatters has had it rough. He was handed in as a stray to the amazing team at Greencross Wyoming suffering from tick poisoning. They treated him and tried to find an owner but with no luck so he's found himself in foster care.

Tommy is a very intelligent fellow and is always engaged with what you're up to. He loves his scratches (chin rubs are his absolute favourite) and will seek you out, on his terms, to rub up against you. He will make a very loyal companion.

Mr Tatters has probably spent most of his life outside and while he enjoying humans they still confuse him. He appears to feel anxious and threatened when confined to an indoor space and will lash out. He is not vicious or a killer but requires an experienced cat lover who can read the early warning signs and know when to give him his space.

He will be best suited as an only cat in a home with no children (or calm older kids). Ideally he'd love to have a safe outdoor space where he can chill before spending nights indoors.
