About Suzie
🌷🌷 SUZIE 🌷🌷
Introducing the stunning Suzie 💕 who is ready to find her furever home.
Suzie is a very sweet natured, gentle girl with lots of love to give 🥰 her tail is constantly wagging 😍 She has settled in to her foster home very smoothly and happily tolerates the resident hound who tries to boss her around 🤣 Suzie has met the cats in her foster home with quiet interest, one of them flopped at her feet to say hello and she was very curious about what this fluffy thing was 😍
Suzie doesn't bark much, even ignores the neighbouring noisy dog 😊 She also seems to know her size, won't jump up at you 💕 Suzie likes to follow her foster mum around the house and garden, sticking quite close to keep you company 🐾
She is very food motivated! Making her quite eager and easy to train 😁 Suzie is a large girl and so is quite strong. She will need to continue her lead training with her furever family 😊 but given how food motivated she is we don't think it'll take long before she is the bestest doggo on lead 🥰 Suzie can be nervous of men at first (she may bark and back away from them) but once reassured she settles quickly and is friendly 😍
Suzie hasn't yet been tested around young children yet but we suspect she won't be too excitable as she knows her size and is super gentle 🥰 but she is a big girl, so children must be comfortable with her size 😊
This gorgeous girl isnt much of a chewer, she hasn't been found chewing things she shouldn't be 😊 But this girl does LOVE to play fetch! Suzie is also house trained 😊 she knows to stay out of the kitchen.
Suzie would do well with another dog for company and/or someone who is home more often then not 🐾
If you would like to meet Suzie, please message for an application 💝
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal MUST NOT be taken on the day unless PRIOR APPROVAL seeked, we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 14 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your email within 72 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW
