About Kiko
🌼🌼 KIKO 🌼🌼
Introducing sweet, playful and adorable Kiko the Kelpie X 🥰 who is ready to find her furever home 💕
Kiko is a beautiful, dainty, and energetic little girl 😍 although she may be small, she knows how to play like a boss 😜 and will stand up for herself when necessary! While she's always up for a play, Kiko can definitely get down with a good cuddle on the couch as long as tummy rubs are involved 🥰
She's very friendly with other dogs and is quite respectful of any cats space too! 😊
Kiko is quite the wiggly little girl, but she knows how to sit and knows her name for recall pretty well too! She would love a family willing to continue teaching her things, as she just wants to please 💖
Once she gets comfortable with you and your family, her personality really shines through 🌟 Her inquisitive nature and love for making you happy, makes her a great family dog, and would do well to have another high energy dog in her presence to keep up with her 😁 Live an active lifestyle? On property? Wanting to teach a dog to work that property? Kiko is your gal 💕 Kiko definitely would thrive off being given a job to do, or being able to mentally and physically challenge her 🌟
From not knowing how to be a dog and what playing even was when she first arrived... she's come a long way in such a short time and would thrive with a family that is keen to further her skills 😊
If you would like to meet Kiko, please message for an application 💝
Medical notes
Came in underweight, putting on weight now but still needs multiple meals a day until she reaches her ideal weight.
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal MUST NOT be taken on the day unless PRIOR APPROVAL seeked, we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 14 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your email within 72 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW
