About Bear
🧸💜 BEAR 💜🧸
Meet the cutest Bandog puppy, Bear 😍 who is ready to find his furever home 💕
Bear is exactly as his name would suggest, a big cuddly bear 🧸 At 6 months old he is still quite the goofy little, well huge, puppy 😂 He loves to play with toys, other dogs and little humans. His best mate is his 2 year old human foster brother 💖 Bear loves to follow him around and is so gentle that he is even able to be walked on the lead by his little human friend (when there arent any distractions 😂)
Bear loves to go for walks and exploring the big wide world 🥰 He walks perfectly on the lead and even when there’s lots of different sounds and smells is easily corrected to keep on walking. He especially loves it when his foster mum has her special magical pouch of treats with her when they go for walks 😋
Bear is currently being crate trained and is doing fantastic ✅ He is also the perfect gentleman when he is inside the house. Bear loves to be around his humans getting pats 💖 He would love a home where he is allowed inside.
He is learning his basic commands like sit and drop. He’s not a huge fan of waiting for his food to be put down, we manage to get half way to the ground, but he’s working on it.. he is still a puppy after all and needs to practice :P
Bear has proven that he can jump onto the kids trampoline without any issues so will definitely need a house with secure 6 ft fencing!! 😊 He hasn’t shown any interest in attempting to escape, but given he can jump quite high with ease as a puppy we need to make sure he can stay contained as he gets bigger 😁
The perfect home for Bear would ideally have kids, he loves to play with kids❣ Another dog would be a bonus! He loves the company of all dogs 🥰 He has been introduced to 2 kittens through the glass door, and he loves to bark at them, so cats may not be ideal with him or will need someone willing to do slow and proper introductions as he is young enough to learn 😊😊
If you would like to meet Bear, please message for an application 💝
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal MUST NOT be taken on the day unless PRIOR APPROVAL seeked, we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 14 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your email within 72 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW
